I wish I had a ‘before and after’ photo montage but my computer crashed a few years ago and I have yet to find my floppy disks containing all of our pictures together. Also, I don’t have a floppy disk slot on my macbook (way to go Steve Jobs!).
My date for Sheri and the Mack’s wedding… my ex-ex, etc Bf Jerry and I enjoying some tasty beverages as well as a scrumptious vegan dinner.
I then ditched him at the bar with my camera (which he then forgot and was later found amongst the drunken left over stuff in the reception hall) so that I could enjoy the magnificently ridiculous playlist the groom had meticulously chosen. Unfortunately the Dj played most of “our songs” (including “Africa” by Toto) during the dinner which I didn’t let go unnoticed by jumping out of my seat and going to the bride and groom’s table all while pointing and high-fiving and/or thrusting my pelvis into the back of their chairs in front of their entire respective families (sober, mind you).
I’ve remained good friends with him even though we’ve been broken up since… 2006 (??) and now to show my support I will ask you to view this video of his that is featured on Funny Or Die.
He recently started a twitter war with the PBA (Professional Bowling Association) that lead to them formally inviting him to compete on the tour during their stop at a location close to his hometown of Pittston PA and prove to the world that he can back his shit up. He’s waging his hair. It’s a bowling hair match. (I’ve grown attached to his hair, I used to accidentally burn his scalp while flat ironing his crazy afro, I’ve also made him whine with pain by giving him dreads that he kept for but a few days (idiot)).
Some of you may, or may not, know him as Chikara’s Vin Gerard but he was also, in his youth, a competitive bowler (for realz).
I love to have a good laugh and I think this is absolutely incredible as well as a good opportunity for him to realize a childhood dream as well as to use this as a platform for his business SnipStamp, an bar-hopping app that will be launched later on this summer.

Ps: he used to be “straight-edge”. ugh, that term.
